Do you take walk-ins?
We hold same-day slots for sick visits every day we're open. Calling ahead is the fastest way in, but if you walk in we'll fit you in when we can.
How do I get a prescription refilled?
Request refills in the patient portal or ask your pharmacy to send us a request. Please allow two business days.
What if I need care after hours?
Call our main number and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider. For emergencies, call 911.
Do you see children?
No. Frisco Family Care sees adults 18 and older. We're happy to recommend a pediatrician for your children.
How do I get my medical records?
Most records are available in the patient portal. For a full copy, complete a records release form at the front desk or request one by phone.
